How much is the package subscription valid for?

The subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of reservation

Can I reserve more than one package at a time?

Can AFAQ Company provide services for all types of health events?

Yes, AFAQ provides health events management services of all kinds, including conferences, awareness campaigns, simulation courses, and training courses, whether in person or remotely.

What happens when the trial package ends?

Enjoy your first experience of Afaq platform for free, after that choose the appropriate package, and specify the number of events to get the subscription price.

I have many different health events including physical and virtual events, what should I do?

You can simply combine several packages by specifying the number of physical events and the number of virtual events, and subscribing to the appropriate package for each type.

What are the accepted payment methods?

At Afaq platform, we accept various payment methods, which include banking transfer, Mada, MasterCard, and Visa cards, in addition to the installment service through approved systems.

Can I cancel my subscription after paying the fee?

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of the subscription date. The fee will be refunded minus 30% of the amount paid as an administration fee.

Can I customize the services in my package?

You can create your own package by submitting a (Customize Package) Request. Specify all the services you need and design your event accordingly.

Can I change the package I subscribe to?

After subscribing, you cannot change the package. You must subscribe to the new package and cancel the package that you do not want according to the cancellation and refund policy.

What is the validity period of the package?

The package ends when the number of events is exhausted, or one year has passed since the subscription date.

Can I renew the package after exhausting the number events and before the end of the subscription period?

Yes, you can subscribe again after exhausting the activities of the package.

Can I benefit from the remaining events in my package after the end of the subscription period (one year)?

No, the remaining events and services cannot be carried over to a new year.

Can I sign partnership or cooperation with AFAQ Company to benefit from its services?

Yes, you can conclude a joint cooperation agreement with AFAQ Company to benefit from the services of AFAQ Community, which provides you with direct access to the target groups and health sector leaders.
